15.01.2022 MOBILE CHECK IN IS NOW AVAILABLE: Have you used our Mobile Check-in facility? You can now check-in from the comfort of your car (within 250m of the clinic), rather than in our waiting room. Just jump on the HotDoc app and use the mobile check-in facility, or call our reception on 5563 4670.

13.01.2022 Physical Distancing Update: In the new COVID-19 environment, we are keeping our patients safe by limiting the number of people in our practice at any one time. What does this mean for you? Any child can be accompanied by one parent and patients are able to have only one support person with them. Please help us to provide a safe environment for everyone by following these processes. If you have concerns, please discuss this with one of our receptionists prior to your appointment.

12.01.2022 CHANGES TO TELEHEALTH BILLING As of 1st October, Medicare will be changing rebates for Telehealth. From this date, we will only be able to bulk bill a telehealth appointment if you have a Health Care, DVA or Pension card. The good news is that you are still able to make a telehealth appointment or to attend your appointment in person! ... Please feel free to discuss this with our reception staff if you have any queries.
