04.01.2022 The 'It's in the Bag' charity campaign aims to improve Christmases for homeless women and children all around Australia. There are 85,000 women in Australia who... will be homeless when Christmas comes around this year, many having fled domestic violence or abuse. 'It's in the Bag' aims to make them feel special and cared for and you can help! No matter how you celebrate Christmas with your family, this will be the most meaningful and appreciated gift you give this year. The ECU women's community is going to make the process of donating more simple by doing the hard work for you. All you need to do is contact us, drop of your donations and we'll take care of the rest. For me information on what to donate, or if you would like to be involved in making up the bags, please send through a message.

03.01.2022 Please RSVP by marking yourself as 'going' to the event and invite your friends!

Expect to receive ...love and wisdom and all the good vibes. WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE? Ecstatic dance has been practised throughout human history and all around the globe, in ancient practices and religious and spiritual traditions, including rituals, rites of passage and celebration. Dance is linked to a wide range of health benefits including improved cognition, increased mobility and improvements in heart health. Ecstatic Dance can serve as a form of meditation, helping you to cope with stress and to attain serenity and create space in our beings for fresh energy and love to flow.
