18.01.2022 7 weeks to Christmas challenge: 3 things you didn’t know about SOUTH WEST RECYCLING 1) Grade 1 paper is sorted into monochromatic bins and double shredded for craft and paper mache’ projects 2) Grade 2 coloured paper is baled for pulp ( from medical places such as hospitals, heavily carbonated or aged) 3) Jock knows if it has food contamination it belongs in the compost!

Great to talk to the GAT ( Gifted and Talented) class at BDHS about the Recycling Industry. Why we are where we are and the future that is possible. 2) Bottle-0 bags from the time before yellow top bins. SWR and the Bunbury City are pioneers of the current system. 3) We stamp our own business cards. Cut from notebook cover cardboard and trimmed with a diary ribbon- no waste.
