13.01.2022 Thankfully it came naturally for me to produce and display tasty healthy food made with love as I have been raised by parents who have always enjoyed entertaining family and many friends with long lunches and dinners to present beautiful wholesome food. Also cooking with plant based foods compliments my 35 year career in horticulture ( growing, caring and producing ornamental, native and edible food).... The initial interest in starting a salad making venture commenced at a ...friends home when I was 15. We raided her mothers fridge and pantry to experiment in making a monster sized salad concoction. It was full of colour and texture and as it turned out even very tasty... Plus we had so much fun! Over the years, I have just kept experimenting in making salads and platters for family and events ...... From this my nickname has become...." Salad Queen" :)
