18.01.2022 Awesome day today at our Intro to Krav Maga Workshop. It was great to see so many new faces working hard throughout the day. We finished off with a presentation to Mike and Dave for completing their Level One Instructor Accreditation. Excellent work everyone, thanks for joining us.

13.01.2022 WORKSHOP POSTPONED Due to the current Covid19 situation in our local area we have regrettably made the decision to postpone this Saturdays workshop. We will contact all registrants individually and you will obviously have the option for a full refund or to defer to the new dates once announced.... Also if anyone has been tested recently, even if your result is negative, please do not attend the studio for 14 days from your possible contact. It can take up to 14 days for symptoms to appear or for you to test positive. Thank you for your support.

13.01.2022 This Saturday is our Intro to Krav Maga workshop, which will run from 9:30-3:30pm. We will NOT be running the regular 9:30am class because of the workshop, however Ground n Pound will still be on. We had a couple of pull outs for the workshop so have 4 spaces available if you or anyone you know is keen to come along and learn some basic Krav Maga skills.... We have a mix of male and female and brand new people coming along, so don’t be shy. $75 includes a bbq lunch. Please message me if you would like rego forms. Cheers Mick
