12.01.2022 Had the pleasure of being a guest on the Pursuit of Performance podcast. Have a listen to me rabble on for just under 2 hours on my career and time as a coach teaching Powerlifting.

12.01.2022 I’ve been with Casey for 3 months and her consistency and work ethic is what’s attributed to her huge success so far. As I constantly tell my clients, we track weight to observe the highs and lows.... to understand what the body is doing. But at the end of the day, if you are consistent, we will see a downwards trend. Her target goal dress is now too big, might need a shopping spree to celebrate our next weight milestone!

07.01.2022 Competed at the city strength cup on Sunday and came away with +19.5kg to my PB total @ 92.2KG bodyweight Powerlifting is such a fun, community driven sport for all genders and ages. I also take my lifters down to compete in their own comps and the experience is one of a kind.... 04.01.2022 This mad lad I’ve been working with Jordan for the last year to build his strength for his Rugby Season and we have had massive results. Squats 60-120kg... Jordan had massive mobility issues restricting him from getting full range of motion with squats. Mobility restrictions are a big red flag for athletes, leading to high injury chance. We have been working hard implementing proper mobility preparation and strengthening weak muscles and have seen a big jump on his squats and performance in the field Bench 40kg-80kg Massive pressing strength increase. Not much to say here, did the work, got the results. Deadlifts 80kg-160kg Can out deadlift a lot of my senior league athletes. Big posterior chain gains resulting in strong carries and tackling work in the field. Strengthening those hamstrings which again leads to reducing chance of injury on the field. 01.01.2022 I love this photo. Just a couple of lads, chatting about the weekend, sharing funny Instagram videos, going over weekend plans and sharing the highs and lows of the week. Sure, some weights are moved and some biceps are curled, but sessions with young Oscar are so much more than that....
