24.01.2022 Just in case you missed this in the parkrun Australia newsletter 2 parkrunners each Saturday for the next 4 weeks have the chance to win a fitness pack valued at $600 and a parkrun flatband. To enter... 1. Go for a walk or run on Saturday from your home. It could be completing 5km from your doorstep, or simply a walk around the block. If you have a parkrun or Medibank running shirt, why not wear that too. 2. Take a photo of yourself completing your run or walk. If you spot another parkrunner along the way, give them a wave or take a photo with them. 3. Dont forget to practice responsible social distancing in line with your current state recommendations 4. Share your photo on social. Look out for the competition-related post on Facebook and Instagram each Saturday and share your photo following the provided instructions. 07.01.2022 Good Morning parkrunners, only 1 sleep until we are back at South Bank! As part of QLD Health allowing us to run again they require everyone to provide contact details. If you don't want to bring your phone to parkrun or just to save time on the day you can scan the below QR code and enter your details now. You will need to do it each week you come. ... If you are on a computer you can go to parkrun.com/trace/mwn and enter the details that way. Please note every parkrun has a different code so we know who is where. Also don't forget your printed parkrun barcode, you will still need to scan in at the finish (while social distancing) to get your parkrun result.
