07.01.2022 Looking for mindfulness today, here is my meditation space for today.....10 minutes of meditation (surely you too can find 10 minutes in your day...use the time you are pondering over past actions, worrying about the future, or time spent looking for a new binge show on Netflix). Im forever amazed at how long I think 10 minutes is and then when its over it seems like only 2 minutes have passed. Namaste.
06.01.2022 Yoga has so many breathing exercises (pranayamas) from Three Part Breath to Warrior, they all provide a fantastic opportunity to focus on yourself. My favorite is Ujjayi...its calming, its grounding, its my "Go To" breath. Bring a pranayama to your day...daily, and witness the transformation.
