Write down what you currently do that maintains or improves mental health, and try to add one to two other strategies that may work for you in building your mental wellness for 2021. If you’re comfortable sharing your ideas add them below to inspire others!! Note: We know netball is already on the list (obviously). 19.01.2022 Heading into the finals we wanted to share some half time and quarter time talk tips!! Prepare some questions to gain and keep your players’ attention, and to make them think about their performances this way they’re more likely to reflect on how to improve in the next period. If you have something specific to say, keep it short and simple ideally no more than one or two points. Small bits of information are much easier for players, particularly young players, to... process. Be positive, but not complacent. This will get the best out of your players, but will ensure they don’t get overly confident. Encourage urgency and continued hard work. Have fun! Create a positive environment for both you and your team. What are your ideas?

13.01.2022 It's been a season unlike any other and we are so grateful for the support of our SCNA family. Our season ended today with all teams playing their finals round. Congratulations to our Grand Final winners. We are looking forward to seeing players back on court in the Twilight season.
