19.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who had their flu vaccine this year. As always with every flu vaccine we administer, we donate one to a needy community. This year we’ve donated 1200 polio and 150 tuberculosis vaccines!!! A huge congratulation for the big uptake of vaccinations in 2020. We still have flu vaccines available for those that need them. Remember you may need a vaccination before visiting at risk members of the community, such as those in aged care facilities.

12.01.2022 This week is culturally important for all Australians as we mark NAIDOC Week, the annual celebration of the history, culture and achievements of our country’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This year’s theme is Always Was, Always Will Be, which aims to recognise that First Nations peoples have occupied and cared for this land for more than 65,000 years. Our First Nations peoples are spiritually and culturally connected to this country. Improving the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and closing the gap is something we are committed to at Southcity Pharmacy. Please talk to one of our pharmacists for information on how we can help to improve the health of those who belong to our oldest culture.
