21.01.2022 South coast dairy tech Patrick has been out on road all afternoon Xmas eve from one end off coast to other end making sure our customers are right for Xmas new year fixing last minute brake downs got to love Xmas time each year but they will be right to milk and wash vat in morning we happy when our customers are happy clocking off for to day at 130 am Every one have a good Xmas and new year and see you all in new year

20.01.2022 Applications closing today for both jobs - 25th Sept 2020 Position Vacant: Dairy Pasture Specialist... Location: Kanoona NSW 2550 (Position 2 of 2 positions) We require an efficient, reliable full time Paddock Person for our family owned and operated dairy farm at Kanoona, NSW (10kms south of Bega on the NSW Far South Coast). We are 20mins from the beach, 2 hours from the snow fields & 2.5 hours to Canberra. The successful applicant requires machinery experience and the ability to plan, budget and implement a pasture program across two locations. Exceptionally good skills in pasture agronomy and production as well as machinery operation and maintenance are necessary. We are milking 350 cows through an 18-unit swing over dairy, calving twice a year in Autumn & Spring. The dairy uses EasyDairy herd management program and has automatic ID, 3-way drafting, GEA cup removers and Larson stall gates. The farm of 266 Ha has an irrigated milking platform with a new centre pivot (33Ha) and low pressure bike shift (70Ha) with the balance dryland. There is a heifer dryland runoff block that is located 18km from the dairy. We operate on a fortnightly roster, with regular rostered time off (4 days) and fulltime staff working alternate weekends. People skills are an essential part of this position. The successful applicant will work closely with the farm owner and the herd manager in determining grazing rotations, silage production and pasture production. 11.01.2022 The Feed Pad In Nowra almost complete and being used for the first time this afternoon. What a massive effort this job was to begin with and get underway let alone to then lose the head tradesman of the job, our beloved Patrick. He was so devoted to this project. I’d like to take this opportunity to share my/our sincere appreciation to one man in particular involved in this and that is Brodie. ... To those who don’t know, Brodie was Patrick’s right hand man 5+ days a week, every week & many many late nights working. Always working as a team, quickly becoming very good mates & a part of our family. Most weeks they would spend away working. Brodie was there helping Patrick get everything sorted at 3am on New Years Eve. After losing Patrick at the beginning of this year Brodie soon after put his best foot forward to continue this massive job without Patrick and I just want everyone to realise what a massive thing that is to do.. To drive hours away from home at this time to work each week after horrifically losing one of your best mates/boss is unheard of. You are an inspiration Brodie, Patrick would be so incredibly proud of you & just chuffed that it’s almost complete.. so a big Thank You is in order on his behalf. We are so lucky to have you apart of South Coast Dairy Tech. Thank you is not enough.

10.01.2022 She been a big couple off day finshing this dariy off for customer up in Jamberoo there has been a lot off up and downs and set backs and problems to over come but it’s a big improvement on what we started with these are pics off stages all though this job . would just like thank thank broide for putting in big days with me right by my side to get this one over the line thanks mate and really happy how it come up with what we had to work with

07.01.2022 South coast dairy tech have been under the pump done 17.5 hours on this dariy today to get it pulled down and loaded so can be reinstalled next year out west Hope to be finished tomorrow so high way can go there next week. They stoped milking in it this morning
