25.01.2022 We are re-open for business on Wednesday 1st April. We have strict infection control procedures in place for your safety and ours. Audiology is considered an 'essential service' and for good reason - reduced hearing ability also means a reduction in our ability to connect on a deep level with the people around us through conversation. It also poses risks through missing environmental noises (such as alarms, traffic etc). This is an unusual and stressful time for us all, a...nd many of us are remaining indoors and isolated as we practice social distancing. Additional stress caused by hearing difficulties is unnecessary and very easily remedied. Don't forget, if you are on the pension or DVA you are eligible for subsidised services and hearing devices! We have plenty of options available to help you. Appointments are available in clinic (spaced out so that infection control can take place between each appointment). Home visits are available in special circumstances. We can often help you over the phone or video call. A family member or friends can drop in/pick up devices needing repair. We can even do a in-car service for you!
