24.01.2022 Now the weather is warming up I love making overnight jars ready for breaky on the go. Oats w chia, coconut milk, nut butter, strawberries & a sprinkle of cacao nibs. There’s so many combinations u can make YUM.

20.01.2022 Today is the 1st day of Herbal Medicine week where herbalist nationally celebrate the oldest form of medicine on earth, its time to get our herb on!! This pic is of my beautiful Lincoln Rose i use the petals mostly to make hydrosols for herbal creams, spritzes etc, it is deliciously scented and also makes a great additive to some herbal teas.

17.01.2022 Manufacturing Calendula infused oil for herbal creams, ointments/salves & balms. Images of parts of the process from earth (growing the calendula) to finished products. Calendula is one of my fav herbs to infuse as it produces a rich golden colour. I use locally sourced olive oil & bees wax for my products, i'm always trying to stay aware of my earthly footprint & have found other sustainable packaging for some of my products. Calendula has an affinity with skin mostly as a vulnerary & anti-inflammatory for wounds & skin conditions like eczema. All my skincare products are made with only the most natural & organic ingredients.

15.01.2022 It can be really noisy around here during school holidays, so consults are on hold till the youngsters go back to school, we will be hanging out locally though!!

12.01.2022 I don’t usually post my meals because I am super messy but here goes!! after this mornings harvest today’s lunch: grilled red capsicum, sweet potato & rocket warmish salad w my home made mayo type lemon balm dressing: whole egg, avo, olive & flaxseed oils, balsamic vinegar, lemon, garlic clove, lots of fresh lemon balm, salt & pepper I didn’t have any Dijon mustard that may have went well too but it was yumo. Lots of bitter bite to keep those digestive juices flowing.
