25.01.2022 Opened FB this afternoon to see these beautiful words from one of my wonderful couples. Thank you Kayla and Clay Donovan! Narelle is one of the best in the buzz!!! She is chilled and easy going and was so good at getting back to my husband and I will trying to plan our ceremony...... We couldn’t be happier with how our ceremony turned out!!! Thanks Narelle I have the best job in the world

25.01.2022 I received this review from a lovely couple I joined in marriage last year. My thanks to the lovely Lucy and Byron Kaye. Narelle is quite simply a fantastic celebrant. She put us at ease from first meeting, and guided us through the process with warmth, wisdom and humour. She was committed to ensuring that our ceremony was uniquely ours and we were absolutely thrilled with what she crafted for us and the tone she set for the day. Our wedding was at the height of the 2019-20 ...bushfires, and we moved the ceremony from the South Coast to Sydney the night before. Narelle went above and beyond by driving 200km to Sydney with no notice to ensure we could go ahead with our big day. She filled the event with the perfect mixture of wit and sincerity; she got us all laughing and brought us to tears; and we cannot thank her enough. We highly recommend Narelle. See more

23.01.2022 Even with restrictions Temika and Ben had a wedding to remember. A beautiful couple with their siblings - for pics soon. Thank you for the lovely review!! Narelle was absolutely amazing with our wedding! Every time I called her to say ohh this has changed or this, she was so easy going! She helped make the entire process so much easier! I will be letting everyone know how amazing she is at her job! One of the most amazing things she done for us was the candle she lit for our ...family member that passed! It made us feel like he was apart of it so thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Narelle the words you put together for our ceremony was absolutely perfect! I’m so happy that the kids got to be part of it Thank you so much!

22.01.2022 I’d like to ask all my beautiful brides and groom if they could spare a moment and click on the link below and share a vote for me as celebrant. I’d be really grateful. I’d love to win the 2019 Brides Choice Award. Voting closes May 13th (it would be a great birthday present for me ).... https://illawarrasouthcoastbrideschoiceawards.shortstack.co

21.01.2022 Despite a storm and moving the wedding undercover it was a beautiful ceremony at the Secret Garden Wilde’s Meadow for Shelby Kloes and Joel Moses. Loved being a part of their wedding

21.01.2022 Finally I’ve worked out the new laws for weddings - simple really....

20.01.2022 I hope everyone had a great long weekend. Mine was busy but in a good way. Friday I had the pleasure of officiating at Shaun and Daniel’s marriage. Saturday was a trip to Bowral to meet a lovely couple getting married next year then I called into the secret garden at Wilde’s meadow. What a stunning venue. Have a look at the pics.

19.01.2022 Eight years ago I officiated at the marriage of 2 wonderful people. Both of them and their beautiful family have included me in anniversary celebrations when they’ve been over this way. This weekend I received a box of chocs and this card. How lucky am I to be a celebrant and able to meet kind, thoughtful souls like the Roberts family.

19.01.2022 Good news about an increase in the number of guests for weddings. Pleased to see an increase for mourners at funerals. Everyone must practice social distancing though. www.narellemurraycelebrant.com.au

16.01.2022 I’ve had an amazing couple of days with weddings. Friday I was honoured to join two beautiful people in marriage. The bride I’ve known since she was born, her mother is a good friend. A fantastic night with old and new friends. My love and congratulations to tracey and Evan.

16.01.2022 October is always a popular month for weddings, especially this year because of 10.10.2020. I’m now available for this date due to a postponement. Who is looking for a celebrant for this special date?

16.01.2022 Husband and wife team photo and video, we don't do posed look at the camera we do connection and Joy. When you book us you get good audio years of experience and two best friends.

15.01.2022 Thrilled to receive this review. I have the best job in the world Thank you Todd and Rebecca!! Love you guys

15.01.2022 As usual Lily Ever After did a wonderful job with the bouquets. The bride asked for recommendations and you never let them down. Thanks Bec

14.01.2022 The year of covid has shown us that we don’t need the big weddings. Just the couple and 2 witnesses will do the job. And it can be amazingly happy and romantic. Congratulations Katherine and Charlie

14.01.2022 I love a winter wedding and I was lucky to officiate at the beautiful butter factory. Congratulations Olivia and Tim Bendesy.

14.01.2022 URGENT WEDDING NEWS!! please see info about a council meeting re wedding businesses, you may already be aware, please pass on to anyone that you know. (Passing on as I can't attend) Currently locations that have the required approvals for temporary use can hold 52 weddings a year, there are calls for this to be reduced to only 20, essentially halving the business we can get in our region.... What we need to attend; Council Chambers, City Administration Centre Bridge Road, Nowra Monday, November 11 5.30pm - 7pm. There is a real threat to our wedding industry, a group of people are trying to reduce the number of weddings in our region. There are also groups actively campaigning to make it extremely difficult if not impossible for any of these approvals to be granted going forward. They are looking at potentially changing the regulations around temporary use of land for events such as weddings. As you all know the wedding industry is key to our economy here in and and every wedding in the area contributes to many businesses in town, the actual venue, catering, party hire, bus/taxi, accommodation, restaurants, retail, hairdressers, florists, the list goes on and on. Lets all band together, post on social media to get a big group of us going to this meeting and having our say or showing our support of NOT having this go ahead. I have pasted details below from the email council sent out if you want some more information; Council is holding an information session in November to gather feedback from the community and tourism and development industry representatives in relation to a review of local planning controls associated with tourist accommodation and also temporary use of land provisions. This includes potential changes to clause 2.8 of the Local Environment Plan which allows the temporary use of land, such as events, in areas that zoning would otherwise prohibit. See more about clause 2.8 here. It is important that businesses who may have an interest in potential changes in this regard to the Local Environment Plan and also the Development Control Plan take this opportunity to participate. The review will look into current land uses, current restrictions, issues raised by the community as well as feedback from industry. For more information please contact Peta Brooks, in Council's Planning Environment & Development Group on (02) 4429 3228 or get in touch with Acting Tourism Manager Shannan Perry-Hall.

13.01.2022 Covid rules allowed 10 guests at yesterday’s wedding for Temika and Ben but that doesn’t mean they miss out on little touches. The pen gifted to the groom and a candle ceremony honouring those who couldn’t attend the wedding and those who had passed beyond this life.

12.01.2022 Happy to be advertising on the gay pride website.

12.01.2022 It isn’t always the words that make me happy with what I’ve done, but the time taken to send me a message, to know I have made a couple happy with their ceremony. 02.01.2022 The weather gods must have been on Todd & Rebecca’s side on Saturday for their wedding at Centennial Park in Sydney. Torrential rain overnight, more rain Saturday morning but by 11am the clouds were disappearing. I had 1 request for their wedding - we want it to be fun! And we all had fun. Todd and Rebecca did live on the South Coast and Illawarra but Todd got a job in Sydney. Anyone remember Kiwi Todd from Power FM? What a fabulous couple, I loved being a part of their day!

01.01.2022 In a world where people judge. In a world where people worry what others think. In a world where individuality isn't always celebrated.... What do we do as celebrants? We throw out the judgements and fear. We turn down the criticism and unfairness. We turn up the volume to the music of the unique and go make happiness happen. Celebrants aren't just ceremony writers and officiators. Celebrants are story tellers and confidence boosters. We provide acceptance and inspiration. Love and kindness. Experience and excitement. We are the makers of dreams!
