15.01.2022 The wood oven roasted pork is on the menu today
14.01.2022 We have had a busy weekend! Lots of wood oven cooked pizzas, stuffed mushrooms and pork ribs and satisfied guests! The kids even got to make gingerbread in the oven :) smiles all round! What a perfect setting for your next function!
14.01.2022 We decided to get out ourselves tonight and play with the wood oven at the goolwa regatta weeks annual cook off. We had some mouth watering flavors such as Bbq chicken with spice girls sauces and marinated tomato and mushrooms Smoked salmon with pickled octopus, Brie and basil pesto Caramelised onion with fresh figs Baby spinach with roasted tomato and boccachini ... Then we make some awesome dessert pizzas cherry ripe Strawberries and cream Apricot crumble They all were such a hit I'll be looking at offering some with my catered functions!
