02.01.2022 Busselton's newest Short Stay Holiday Accommodation. Welcome to our humble abode close to the heart of Busselton. Just a few meters from the beautiful Geographe Bay and a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the world famous Busselton Jetty which is popular for fishing, crabbing and viewing of the abundance of fish species and marine life. This home is an ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday and quiet getaway and a convenient spot to enjoy and get amongst the many South... West events. Busselton is a tourist orientated city with all your needs and wants for a getaway being catered for. The area is renowned for its beautiful beaches and close proximity to the Margaret River wine region and other favourite attractions. Popular water activities enjoyed in Busselton are fishing, crabbing, diving, snorkelling and land based includes beach walking, cycling along the beach front cycle path which extends from Port Geographe to Dunsborough and beyond and experiencing wine tasting, cheese tasting and chocolate indulging at the popular attractions within the locality. The home is self-contained with an open plan kitchen, dining & family room, three bedrooms with double robes as well as two bathrooms with toilets. The front access is via the outdoor alfresco deck which is set and beautiful for a relaxing morning tea or afternoon drink. The back private area consists of an outdoor table and chairs and BBQ amongst the cooling greenery. A hot and cold water shower is also provided for rinsing off after your day at the beach. The yard is fully enclosed which is great for the kids and privacy. Extras on request are portacot, high chair, bikes, kayak, dinghy and all fishing and crabbing gear (small fee may be charged). All we ask is that you look after our home, be kind and respectful to our lovely neighbours and enjoy all that Busselton and surrounds has to offer. We prefer no smoking, no parties or events. We are more than happy to provide suggestions and advice on local attractions and facilities and are only next door should you require anything done or assistance. We will accept one night stays for last minute bookings otherwise generally stays are 2 nights minimum. Long weekends, Easter and Xmas attract a minimum 3 night stay.
