08.01.2022 COVID-19: NSW has been the worst affected state in Australia (1,405 cases out of a national total of 2,985). This was most likely because of the inefficiencies that caused the Sydney Airport & Port Authority debacles! On a positive note & despite the fact that one must "interpret the most recently reported new cases shown in the graph with caution as there can be delays in reporting", there's definitely reason for optimism on a national level...
