Уровень технического прогресса в настоящее время в мире таков, о каком можно было только помечтать в моей молодости, когда информа...цию нужно было добывать с большим трудом, затрачивая много времени. Сейчас же нужную тебе информацию можно найти, находясь дома перед компьютером. И я убежден, что будущее обучение боевым искусствам, которое в настоящее время проводится в формате международных семинаров, с приглашением того или иного мастера в какой-то точке земного шара уйдт. Уйдет в режим онлай-курсов по причине экономической и временной целесообразности. Проведя несколько онлайн-курсов, я вижу положительные результаты этой работы, и намерен дальше развивать этот способ обучения, используя различные программы. 09.01.2022 We are taking enrollments now for our popular Southern ITF KIds Classes. It is essential to make a booking for these classes because of the Covid 19 restrictions on numbers in class. Our classes will be continued online in the unfortunate situation where we may be forced to return to stage 1 or 2 restrictions. We have the technology and skill to continue to offer our program. Call now on 0408990859 to book your children in, classes start on Wednesday 22nd July and run on Monday and Wednesday at 4pm. Would be great if current students would be kind enough to share this post.

07.01.2022 Did a number of small tests yesterday for our SITF Kids classes to comply with covid 19 restrictions, but good standard even after half of the training being online. Well done everyone.

06.01.2022 Providing we have sufficient enrollments we will run our Kick-Fit Strategy, Women's Self-Defence and fitness program starting on Monday 27th July at 7pm. This great program has been running for many years now and has developed to a stage where we can now offer a graded syllabus that sets both self-defence and fitness goals based around effective techniques and is led by a team of very experienced and capable Instructors. 03.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Happy New Year, I'm pleased to say my hip replacement seems to have gone well and I am now walking mostly without a crutch, but will need to be careful in what I do for three months or so until it is fully healed. I will therefore rely more on my Instructors and assistants during this period to demonstrate technique and will use my teaching skills to correct where necessary. I would also like to congratulate everyone on their promotion at the final grading, I was... very pleased with the standard and hope we can see an even greater improvement this year. I also wanted to provide details of classes for this year (2021) as well as a calendar for gradings etc. You can find this attached as a pdf file and I will have hard copies available in class when we start back. Just to clarify starting dates for classes and times. Our regular evening classes will recommence on Monday the 18th January at 6pm and classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm till 7.30pm (and till 8pm on Thursday for blue stripe and above). Any student (adult or child are welcome to attend these regular evening classes). Our Southern ITF children's classes will recommence on Wednesday 3rd February at 4pm and will then continue as last year on Monday and Wednesday at 4pm-4.55pm. All of these students are now blue stripes on a white belt. Our Southern ITF youths class which includes all children with a black stripe on a white belt and above will also commence on Wednesday 3rd February at 5pm till 5.55pm. I will also start a children's beginner class on Tuesday afternoons once I feel fit enough or have sufficient support to do so. Remember, I am available to do private lessons during the daytime or weekends should students wish to further improve their skills, I can also provide group sessions for corporate groups on personal safety for entire workplaces should you know someone that may wish to avail themselves of this service.
