21.01.2022 I am coming back..... Hi guys, so our little Mae is now 4.1/2 months old, gorgeous and super cheeky! She also loves spending time with her special Nanny & Grandad, Which means in a month I will be returning to Southern Myotherapy, on Sunday 14th October.... Starting off little by little, with appointments available on Sunday & Monday’s 11-3pm. For bookings call 0400553013 Or private message me on here. I am looking forward to seeing you all soon

17.01.2022 To my dear clientele, An update to inform you all that I have now decided to temporarily postpone all bookings for Southern Myotherapy clients, as of Tuesday 24th March. This is to ensure the safety of my clients, myself, and our families. ... And to play a small part in supporting the wider health system to cope with this current pandemic we are all experiencing. A big thank you to each and every one of you for your support so far in 2020. I look forward to seeing you all I hope in the not so distant future. I will seek to reschedule bookings once government health advice indicates it is appropriate to do so. Stay safe. Gemma x

15.01.2022 To my valued clientele, I don’t want to bury my head in the sand, nor do I want to panic. Like yourselves I am highly aware of reducing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. ... As a healthcare provider, it is my duty of care to provide a safe environment with a high level of hygiene within my clinic. This is something I practice day in, day out, as a therapist. With this said, I will be consulting as normal for the time being and will continue to monitor government health advice. However, I would greatly appreciate that if you are unwell prior to your scheduled appointment, please contact me to reschedule. A large percentage of my clientele are listed as vulnerable if they come in contact with COVID-19. This enables me to continue providing my service in a happy, relaxing, and safe environment. 15.01.2022 I have always loved flowers, but now more than ever I realise that having them in the house, really does make me happy. By now we are all starting to come terms with the current situation we’re all facing. Whilst our lives have changed and don’t get me wrong there are some doing it a lot worse than others, it is However making us sit back a enjoy the simple things in life.... Whilst you may not be receiving manual therapy, Try to remember those little exercises I have given you or the little tips to avoid re injury. Try to stay active. Eat when you’re hungry. Rest when you’re tired. Relax when you’re stressed. Step back when you’re overwhelmed. Listen to your body. 14.01.2022 Hi guys, So this little cutie is 10 weeks old already! The time is going so quick and little Mae is fitting in just perfectly to our crazy little family. I am Loving being at home and getting the hang of this whole family of 5 lark, it’s challenging but super amazing With this said I haven’t forgotten you all and I can’t wait to get back into the full swing of Southern Myotherapy, however my little family need me here a little longer. So being realistic I am Planning on returning in early October. Thank you all for your patience and support. Just remember it will be October before we know it

10.01.2022 A week ago today we welcomed little "Mae" into this world. We are both doing very well and the kids are over the moon with their new little sister Gemma xxx

09.01.2022 Slow and steady!! After a period of hibernation I am finally able to reopen the door to my little clinic. The Tasmania government have followed all other States and deemed Myotherapy... An Essential heath service Following Government guidelines I will be doing everything possible to keep the risks extremely low. In allowing me to do this I need You my wonderful clientele to do the same. If you are unwell please reschedule until you are better. Here in Tasmania we are strongly urging you to get tested if you have even the slightest of sniffles. I will be available on Wednesday and Thursday Afternoons 3-8pm starting Wednesday 3rd June. If your body and mind have been struggling during this time, book an appointment and together we will get you back on track. Gemma xx

07.01.2022 Well that's it folks, time to put my feet up for a little while before our 3rd bundle of joy enters this world. What a wonderful 6 months it has been in my new little clinic. And I Thank all of my lovely clients. I will keep you all posted upon my return, no set date as of yet. ... We all know with a new baby it's going to be day by day Wishing you all a wonderful long weekend and a happy Easter!!

05.01.2022 This year is off with a bang and this pregnancy is going even quicker. Can't believe we are about to start the month of March. I will be working all of this month, but have decided to finish up at Easter. This will give me the month of April to get organised for this little bundle, who is expected to arrive in early May! ... Book in now so you don't miss out on a session before I go on maternity leave. I will keep you all posted upon my return. Thank you to all of my loyal and lovely Clients for your ongoing support.
