01.01.2022 World wide 20 minute meditation today at 12.15pm this afternoon, let's pray for the healing of the world and create some balance for humanity. Please join in even if you think you can't meditate. Close your eyes and focus on your breathe for a few circles ...... then start to imagine white light entering into the top of your head, running through your body and out your feet, into Mother earth...... offering yourself and her a healing of divine energy.
