It can be defined as the process of using plants and gardens to improve physical and mental health, as well as com...munication and thinking skills. Its what we do at DIGnity and it looks like a supportive group of people spending time in Community Gardens, sharing food, stories, gardening, cups of tea and enjoying the moment at hand. Every Thursday at Okines Community Garden and the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month at Nubeena Community Garden, from 10:30am. Shared lunch for all.

10.01.2022 We had fun at the first DIGnity of 2019 in Nubeena. Potato digging, broad bean harvesting, corn husk weaving, watering and pot painting!
