18.01.2022 R U OK? R U OK Day is an important day to remember to check in on one another and not just today. 2020 has been a tough year for many of us. With mental health being a rising concern amongst the world and a simple question to ask someone if they’re OK could make a huge difference. Reach out to someone today and ask R U OK? Because that question and conversation could save a life ... https://www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask Follow this link if you don’t quite know how you should approach a conversation with someone #RUOK #itaintweaktospeak #reachout #askthequestion

17.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEAR to all our SCGC families and friends. 2020 was tough and we were faced with many challenges. We battled through bushfire smoke, COVID lockdowns and the gym having to shut down. We adapted to training online via Zoom and kept our gymnasts active and our minds positive. Nothing was able to crush our spirits. A big thank you to all our gym families for your support during this time. We reopened and came back looking stronger and happier then ever to be back in the gym. We couldn’t be prouder of our SCGC team and our gymnasts for getting through all that 2020 had to bring. Now off we go and onto a brilliant 2021! We already have so many things to look forward to and cannot wait to see what we can achieve together.
