19.01.2022 Ahhh Telstra you've done it again if anybody is trying to call please use 0351 741 729 as they tell me we dont have the business line we have had for years because they no longer do shared fax lines so has been switched off, sorry for any inconvenience the 0351 741 729 is now the main number.

06.01.2022 Dear Telstra, thank you for sending me a interim phone for our business while our lines are down and you spring into action to have them fixed, the phone you sent is great as now we still cannot recieve calls in our office because it is a pile of shit and not the satelite phone that you originally said you were sending never arrived, as you go all out on the repairs to the phone line that is effecting 18 property's and have stated that you should have it fixed by the 19th Dec..., i find this just a little on the long side when trying to run a business with no phones, i would like to also thank you for your complete lack of courtesy, professionalism, and complete disregard of your customers, the new phone does not work the old phones don't work, so i have no choice but to hire a machine and fix the problem myself, and i can tell you now the hourly rate will not be cheap and you will be footing the bill, you incompetent pack of clowns.
