21.01.2022 Hello to the wonderful members and friends of Southern Cross Alpine Lodge. The outbreak of COVID-19 has made day to day life and planning for all of us very difficult, not the least for Southern Cross Alpine Lodge. Please follow government and health authorities’ advice yourselves, pray for this situation all around the world; for wisdom by authorities and especially for hard-pressed front-line medical staff. If there is anything we can do to help you during these difficul...t times, please contact us. The big question ... What will the 2020 snow season look like for Perisher and for Southern Cross? That we don’t know as yet. Your Directors are meeting regularly to plan and stay up to date with the latest information. We will be following the Government Regulations, NSW Health and are awaiting further Perisher announcements. So, to those who have booked in for 2020, please wait a bit longer until we know more information and can make informed decisions.

05.01.2022 The fire danger is not over yet. Thanks and prayers for the fantastic staff at Jindabyne! Continue to pray for protection of our lodge and others, and the communities in this area. Also - We are excited to announce the commissioning of Rev Trent McGrath as Chaplain in Jindabyne and the... surrounding mountains on Saturday 8th February at St. Andrews Jindabyne. Trent is supported by the Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn, Bush Church Aid, the Parish of Berridale & Snowy Mountains and friends. Bishop Mark Short will commission Trent and Alice as together we pray for them and the work that they are undertaking. Praise God for his provision and we look forward to 2020!
