25.01.2022 It was a productive weekend with getting all the oysters in the water,great learning curve battling Mother Nature, but game on.
22.01.2022 Catching slats ready for the water conditioning them for the 2017/18 harvest
17.01.2022 After 3 months in the water all the oysters come out to be sorted and graded in the sizes ready to go back into the 2nd stage of infrastructure. A big thanks to all the family for the help in getting it all done
