07.01.2022 How are your compositions coming along? Here's a message from one of SHSO's patrons composer Ann Kirsten Carr-Boyd "This is an excellent time to be putting your musical ideas down on paper or on the computer - then send the results in to the SHSO Composer Competition! We would love to see them. Remember the closing date is 30 May. Just to show that I'm taking my own advice and writing music, here's a link to a piano piece I have written since our lockdown, recorded on April 2...3 by wonderful pianist and my great friend John Martin, who has set up a recording situation in his studio. Happy writing - cant wait to see some wonderful new compositions."
