14.01.2022 Time for one of my own horses today. Iggy. It’s alway interesting getting my hands on a horse I ride often and see everyday. You have assumptions about what you’ll find, sometimes they’re correct, sometimes they’re off. I had no concerns for Iggs (after we worked through a few niggles last treatment), thankfully this was confirmed. She’s feeling great! As she matures and grows stronger her training demands will increase - routine bodywork will be so important for her mind and body throughout this journey. As well (of course) as safe, correct training, appropriate nutrition and much much love and ‘horse’ time.

09.01.2022 This is a pretty big deal. A couple of months ago dear Cyril could not be touched. Since then, he’s struggled to let down. He’s had two treatments in the space of a week and it’s been magic. He’s a special boy. We’re helping him find safety and security of mind whilst treating his physical limitations and restrictions. Massage is just as much about the mind as it is the body. The two are not separate.
