15.01.2022 Southpaw / Orthodox Left Handed Right Handed. We are all Different. Many years ago while training on the focus pads my Sifu taught us this great manoeuvre It was called the switch.This involved keeping your opponent busy with your hands (upstairs)while you were changing stance (downstairs) effectively changing your fighting style from Southpaw to Orthodox or vice/versa.... At the Hypnofit (TM) Therapist Certification Training I just completed Helen Mitas taught another version of the Switch Technique . This involves working with the negative thoughts that invade our head space and changing the direction of those thoughts to achieve a fabulous outcome.
