17.01.2022 The Government has recently released an update to the Home Builder Scheme Currently, if you enter into a contract before 31/12/20 to build a new home, substantially renovate an existing home, or buy an off-the-plan home, you could be eligible for a $25,000 grant. With the announcement of the extension, home owners now have up until 31/03/21 to enter into a contract to be eligible for a $15,000 grant. Even though the cut-off for entering into a contract is the end of March, ...home owners have until the 14/04/21 to lodge an application for the grant. While all applications have to be submitted by this date, not all supporting documentation needs to be uploaded by then.
