21.01.2022 G’day everyone. This is Ernie. Ernie is 10 months old. He is bred out of two of our red dogs Snoop and Min. Ernie’s owner manages an island with 9 sheep, and Ernie has adapted to the pirates life well as he travels daily on the boat. 11.01.2022 A couple of weeks ago our Hampshire Down flock went under the shears to have their annual trim. Students got involved in the whole process, from animal handling... to fleece preparation, and even having a go with the shears. A HUGE thank-you to Josh from Southern Livestock Services for spending the time to impart your knowledge to the students and showing them the tricks of the trade. You can’t beat first-hand experience from people in the industry and students had a blast learning from Josh.
