20.01.2022 ***UPDATE*** Hi everyone, We're excited to announce we will be opening next Monday 25th of May! ... Details of re-opening are as follows: We have updated out timetable, please see below. Classes will be limited to 15 people and you must book prior. Please ensure that you have reserved your place in the events section of our Facebook page. Families can reserve up to 3 spots per class. If you are unable to make the session please let us know prior so we can make that place available for others. Drop off and pick up only for all sessions unless there are specific circumstances that require a parent/carer to stay. All members must bring their own equipment: gloves, wraps, a towel and a water bottle. There will be no communal equipment provided. We will be enforcing a no towel no training rule. No contact will be permitted. 4sqm distancing must be observed at all times. Please do not come to the gym if you are sick. You will be sent home. Your health and safety is our top priority during this time and we are committed to providing a hygienic and safe environment for everyone to train in. Thank you so much for your patience! 19.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS ADAM! Adam won his fight this weekend and was awarded fight of the tournament! We are so proud and it's well deserved after all the hard work he's put in.

19.01.2022 Thank you so much to everyone who attended training yesterday or donated to the fundraiser for those affected by the bushfires. Overall we raised $540, which will be split between the NSW Rural Fire Service, The Australian Red Cross and WIRES. We're greatful to see everyone coming together and contributing at a time when Australia has been so deeply affected by this crisis.

09.01.2022 The devastation being caused by the bushfires is absolutely heart breaking. On Tuesday the 14th of January we will be donating 100% of takings from our classes and there will be a donation tin at the front counter. All proceeds will be split between NSW Rural Fire Service, WIRES and The Australian Red Cross.... We hope to see as many of you there as possible and feel free to bring friends and family as there is something for all experience levels. Given the current circumstances the following precautions will be put in place:... We are cancelling our kids classes until further notice Friday's weight lifting workshops has also been cancelled The gym is going through a thorough deep clean and all equipment will be cleaned and sanitized after every session Please ensure you wash or sanitise your hands regularly, before and after the session. All students must bring their own gloves (and headgear for the fight team). We will not be providing these items for students to borrow at this time. If you have any cold or flu like symptoms, have recently travelled through high/moderate risk countries or have had close contact with someone diagnosed with/suspected of coronavirus in the last 14 days please refrain from coming to training. We are currently running a christmas raffle, the prize includes 5 x free sessions, boxing gloves, wine and nibblies all wrapped in a cooler. Tickets are available until the end of the week.
