07.01.2022 Southern States Group have taken on another challenge for another worthy cause. The challenge is to complete 3,046 push ups in 21 days to raise support and strengthen the mental health and wellbeing of young Australians. The number of push ups represent the number of lives lost in Australia to suicide in 2018, which is devastating. Raising awareness wasnt the only motive, whilst the Southern States Group team also raised $2,000 towards headspace, National Youth Mental Heal...th Organisation. This was a difficult challenge for all involved with a combined total of 25,234 push ups. Southern States Group will be back at it again next year.
