18.01.2022 Strength and Conditioning || Recently our podiatrist Tri attended a lower limb strength and conditioning workshop learning how to best prescribe exercises to assist with common lower leg ailments such as heel pain, arch pain and shin pain. Key take away? ... Bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments are complex structures which behave differently to one another.
