18.01.2022 One item of business for our formation meeting on Sunday the 23rd is to come up with a name for the team. We would like to confirm the name at this meeting so that we can arrange our clothing orders (e.g. caps and playing shirts) in July so that they will arrive before the season starts. Bearing that in mind, here are four proposed names, logos and colour schemes that we would like you to consider prior to the meeting:... SOUTHERN OUTLAWS (black and white; logo bushrangers helmet) SOUTHERN DEVILS (red and white; logo red devils head) SOUTHERN MAVERICKS (black, white and blue; logo - white/blue SM) SOUTHERN BLUES (navy, white and sky blue; logo WSC logo white stumps and sky blue ball). *** Please note that the Blues logo is shown as an indication only - the colour schemes have not been added below. Looking forward to seeing you all Sunday week at the Grosvenor!

Today on the new page, we posted news that details of the new Over 45 competition starting this summer are expected to be released this week. 09.01.2022 The Southern Outlaws veterans cricket team was formed today at a meeting at the Grosvenor Hotel in Perth. Derek Mott has taken on the roles of president and operations manager and Rob Sims will be the vice-president. Should anyone want to take on a role as a committee member, feel free to get in touch. WA Veterans Cricket has a meeting in the coming weeks which will shed some more light on how the 2019-2020 season will look. We will advise of any details as they are confirmed.... Now that we have a name, we will cross over the bulk of our activity to the SOUTHERN OUTLAWS CRICKET Facebook page, but will add some posts here during the transition.

09.01.2022 Hope to see you all on Sunday at midday at the Grosvenor Hotel (339 Hay Street, Perth). Enter the hotel on the Hay Street side and we will be in the back room. If you can't find us, just ask the bar staff where the meeting room is.
