15.01.2022 A local fire ban for the Wide Bay has been cancelled. QFES: Please be advised the local fire ban currently declared in the Bundaberg, North Burnett, Cherbourg, South Burnett, Fraser Coast and Gympie Local Government Areas is cancelled from 12pm Monday. 20 January.

Stephen has also kindly donated a hamper from Nana's Pantry to raffle off with proceeds going to the hardworking South Kolan Rural Fire Brigade crew. We are aware of a fire to the west of Doughboy Rd, and as of ...now is being monitored by Tirroan brigade and the Bundaberg area office. We will keep you informed of any developments as they come to hand.
