20.01.2022 We had a delivery this morning of some sensational F2+ Wagyu Rib Fillet with a fat score of 6. Wagyu is graded on a scale of 1-10 depending on how much fat and marbeling the meat has. 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. We think anywhere from 5 up is awesome!! If you have never tried Wagyu before this is the perfect piece to start on, don’t be wary of the fat it tastes very creamy and like butter once cooked. Come in store and chat with us and we can fill you in.

01.01.2022 Good morning everyone! Everybody is aware of what’s happening in australia at the moment. We are an essential service and will be open normal hours for now and will continue to be as long as no new rules come about and if so we will keep you updated. For now we have some new rules for people inside the shop (pictured), we are also encouraging people to phone orders through to limit people’s time inside of the shop. We are also working on plans if things worsen. Stock levels ...at the moment are okay, but in saying that we have been cut back on a lot due to shortages. We have already put in our meat order for next week and currently no problems. We will continue to monitor and update our customers as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience and understanding through this challenging time. Stay safe and please most importantly listen and follow the new rules the government are enforcing.
