25.01.2022 South Melbourne Women's FC are looking for talented, development focused coaches that would like to work within a premier female football club. Interested coaches will be focused on developing not only the players, but themselves also. Coaching positions are remunerated, and full support is provided. This includes coach development workshops, session plans and hands on assistance from the South Melbourne FC NPLW Head Senior Women's Coach, as well as the Technical Director. SM...WFC successfully developed four under 12 and two under 14 players that progressed, and were selected into South Melbourne FC NPLW squads for season 2019. As well as nine players from our Championship winning State League 2 Senior team in 2017. All coaches will be supported as we develop footballers in-line with the South way, whether they want to play socially or look to develop within an elite pathway. We also had two of our female coaches offered positions within the South Melbourne FC NPLW coaching structure for season 2019.
