24.01.2022 Looking forward to seeing everyone this Saturday from 3pm for our Christmas Drinks and Reunionbut in preparation for new state legislation requiring us to maintain a contact register from Saturday 5 December, we recommend all members and visitors to the club download the SafeWA app. This app enables you to register your details by scanning our club QR code upon entry instead having to fill out the physical paper register. *The SafeWA app is a separate data repository than the COVID Safe app released by the federal government earlier this year. If you do not want to download the SafeWA app, we will still have a physical paper register available for you to record your details.

The course will be two hours in length and FREE for those clubs based in the City of South Perth. ... 13.01.2022 The Lions are pleased to announce our 2021 coaches! We are looking to build on our strong 2020 performance across all grades with what we believe to be a very good coaching mix of experience and enthusiasm. Season 2020 has had its challenges with the COVID interruption and restrictions and then the condensed fixtures. With a good mix of experienced senior players and some exciting young players, the Lions aim to improve on this season’s results and also provide pathways for all players to develop and improve, especially for our Juniors now playing Senior grades.

08.01.2022 Two weeks ago at the SPRL Seniors 2020 AGM, the basis of a strong and experienced committee were elected. What we are still missing is a nomination for President(s) - this can be in their own right or in a shared capacity as in previous years. The role of the President(s) is to manage the committee structure and process, the football side of the Club and NRLWA interface and operations. The club is financially stable with strong management structures in place that mean the operations of the licensed bar is independent from the role of President.
