25.01.2022 The Ragons would like to wish all their supporters a very merry Xmas. The tree has been erected at the clubhouse (John Catchpole's shed) with a few decorations provided by the A1 Saturday boys. Have a safe break and we will see you in the new year!

23.01.2022 There are a few Dragons in this line up! Well done skipper Thompson, Weeds, Kingy, Simmy and Chatty. Good luck this weekend and go hard! If you're in the area Sunday make sure to get down to Marchant and get behind the warehouse boys

20.01.2022 **Winter season Saturday grand final** Congratulations to our A1's and A3's who have both made it to the grand final this weekend. Both teams will be playing it out side by side on Marchant 10 and Marchant 5. If you're in the area make sure to pop in and show your support. Times: Saturday 11.45-16.45 and Sunday 10.00-17.00... Good luck to all the lads playing and up the mighty Dragons!

16.01.2022 Hey guys, there's a Cricket lunch function on this friday that's run by Norths but open to everyone. - The lunch will include a 3 course meal with a 400g rump as the main, with unlimited beer and red wine available. With the lunch running from 12:30-3:00 on the Friday, October 28th. Held at the Breakfast Creek Hotel. Entertainment will include Ian Healy as MC, with Andrew Symonds and Andrew Slack as special guests, as well as an auction and raffle with many great prizes to b...e won. I am getting a full table sorted and I have a fair few blokes already and wanting to see if others want to get around it? The cost is $770 for a table, so $77 each but I am sure people like John Catchpole and Hitesh Rathore drink that much in a bottle of wine a night. PM if you're interested, and come get around it boys!

14.01.2022 Can a few dragons players relate? This would be absolutely devastating after a big day in the field.

12.01.2022 Winners are grinners!

11.01.2022 "Most Dragon Wickets - top 10" ... Congrats to our four Dragon players who have taken over 100 wickets Simran, Dhaval, Evan and Sam. Who will be the first to 300 hundred wickets (impressive)?

11.01.2022 Dragons star bat Alex Thompson blasted 133no off 99 balls to guide the A3 Sunday boys to a sensational 191 run victory against Micah over the weekend. Well in Big spuds! #Ragons

11.01.2022 **Winter season update** The Dragons had three teams going into this winter season - Saturday A1, A3 and Sunday A1. We’re very happy to announce that all three teams have gone through to the finals. What a fantastic achievement for the club! Saturday A1 Led well by Major Michael Lloyd the A1’s have fought hard all season in a really tough pool to finish in third spot. Only 0.6 of a point has separated the top three teams so they have been a little unlucky not to walk away ...with a minor premiership. Noticeable performers with the bat have been Alex Thompson (379 runs @42.11) and Michael Lloyd (272 runs @45.33). With the ball Nick Ephraims (18 wickets @17.39) and Barry Bester (11 wickets @26.64) have done a fabulous job. The boys will go head to head with Pine Rivers this weekend at Marchant Park in the Semi Final (stay tuned for field). If you’re in area, make sure to pop down and show your support. Saturday A3 Minor premiers!!! The boys needed an outright to finish in top place over the weekend and did so in true Dragons style. The young skip Ash Mears has surprised everyone with his excellent behaviour and tactical flare. Opening bat Eugene Moore has been absolutely superb all season (356 runs @59.33). His 114 not out in rainy and extremely tough conditions against Roudenko when the rest of the team could only manage 163 truly showed his class. He has been well supported by fellow centurion Josh Brown (381 runs @54.43) who has bullied all attacks. With the ball, spin twins Dhaval Patel (17 wickets @11.88) and Ash Mears (22 wickets @11.09) have done the most damage. Credit to all the boys who have showed great ticker and played as a team all season to be in this position. Bring on the GF on the 27 & 28 of August! Sunday A1 In a very strong competition the boys came to the table with two crucial victories in the final two rounds to finish in fourth place. Led by Sergeant Matt Stamenkovic, this will be the Sunday groups fifth consecutive time in finals cricket!! Michael Lloyd has been the stand out with the bat (157 runs @52.33) while Dhaval ‘magic fingers’ Patel (14 wickets @12.14) has been wreaking havoc with the ball. The semi final will be held this Sunday against minor premiers Micah. This will be an absolute cracking game and the lads are pumped up for the occasion. If you’re around Marchant Park (stay tuned for field) be sure to pop down and show your support. Good luck to everyone playing in finals cricket and enjoy the occasion. Do the small things right and we’re a good chance of walking away with three winter premierships. How good would that be! Catchpole would have to buy a clubhouse. UP THE MIGHTY DRAGONS!

10.01.2022 150no off 70 balls including 11 maximums in the A1 competition! Take a bow Tommy Duggan.

07.01.2022 Just a couple shots from the win against Pen yesterday.

05.01.2022 The Dragons are now competing in our 10th season of Warehouse Cricket - this season we have teams in the highest Saturday and Sunday grades. After 10 seasons we have some interesting stats and history and this will be the first of stats facts - "Most Dragon Runs - top 10" ... go Ragons.
