13.01.2022 Very sage advice and something I totally agree with. Our bodies adapt to variations in load, if we do too little we get weaker, too much we become injured, the right amount we adapt and get stronger and more durable. It is about volume, intensity and recovery, and knowing when to do each as each is important.
