01.01.2022 Another Happy Customer Earlier this month my vehicle was repaired at Southport Smash as part of an insurance claim through NRMA. I was so impressed with the way the whole thing was processed I wanted to put it in writing. From the moment I phoned your office I felt comfortable and respected as a customer. The lovely young woman answering the phone and organising everything was delightful, efficient and professional. When I arrived to drop my car off and then when I retur...ned a few days later to collect it, once again the office manager and each of the gentlemen I had the pleasure of dealing with were professional, friendly, approachable and efficient. Thank you all for making the experience stress-free and for doing such a great job with the actual repairs.
