Matt Mens 50 Breast Mens 14-15 Medley Relay Mens 15-15 4x50 Free Relay Women's 13-16 4x200 Free Relay Women's 4x200 Free Relay Mens 4x200 Free Relay Special mention to Eben who swam 25 events over the Championships, gaining 4 national qualifying times, a bag full of medals and gave 100% effort even after his 6th relay! We acknowledge the medal winners, but there are many more achievements. Some qualified for their first Age States, many swam PBs and improved their ranking, many swam in finals for the first time, some qualified for Nationals for the first time, some gained medals for the first time! Everyone gave 100 % effort including swimmers, coaches Chris and Craig and all the parents for supporting the swimmers! Thank you!! Well deserved rest from swimming for everyone!! BRONZE Jemma Schofield (200 Butterfly) Everyone that swam gave a 100% and most swam personal best times! Well done South Shore!

19.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT To parents of swimmers competing at Junior SC State Championships, see below from Swimming WA regarding number restrictions at the event at HBF Stadium on Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 September: HBF stadium has limited the number of people allowed in the grandstand seating area of the indoor pool to 600 people, whilst WA are in Stage 4 of the COVID-19 Roadmap. ... Unfortunately, this has a direct impact on the logistics of the SWA SunSmart Junior Short Course Championships. As we are expecting approximately 500 competitors, we are unable to run the meet as per normal with this restriction in place, and Swimming WA have made the difficult decision to limit spectators to 1 parent/guardian per family of swimmers (ie 2 siblings, 1 parent). All swimmers at the Junior Short Course Championships will have access to the grandstands and will count towards the 600-person capacity, and children 9-11 years of age at HBF Stadium need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Swimming WA is working closely with Venues West to ensure that there is enough seating for parents and swimmers around the concourse at the scoreboard end of the 50m indoor pool, for when the 600-capacity limit is reached in the grandstand. 17.01.2022 Our last club night for the year had it all - first time families, PBs, State qualifying times, launch of our new club t-shirts, club records galore, a bit of Christmas cheer and fun relays at the end! Thank you to swimmers, technical officials, coaches and volunteers for a great night. Congratulations to Jack Woods who broke a record held for 16 years in the 11yo 100 breast, Helen Smith who smashed out 2 records tonight, the 13yo 200 Fly and 800 free, Sean Beck who beat a 24 year record for the 17yo 200Fly, not to be outdone by the Mould brothers - Declan breaking a 17 year record for the 13yo 50 Back and Tremayne breaking the 15yo 50 Breast Club record!!

14.01.2022 It was great to see so many new faces join in the fun on our first club night back for the winter season. The first time in a 25m pool with the wall up and using the blocks! A BIG thank you to Anna Duan for stepping in to help as our starter for the night. Thanks also to Kylie for being ref, Gail and Jeremy on computer, our marshallers and time keepers and everyone else who helped out. So lucky to have so many great volunteers!

02.01.2022 Winter Club night 1 link is up on MSR. The swim wall will be up for the first time for a club night so the events will be swum in a 25m short course pool with dive blocks!! As the swim wall has to be put up, this may delay the start of the meet until 7.15pm. We will do our best to be ready to go once the pool attendants say we are ready to start. Warm up from 6.45pm.
