09.01.2022 What a great first night back! It was so great to see everyone again and dance the night away last night. We welcomed lots of new dancers to our Salsa family and my feet are sore from dancing all night.....but I wouldn't have it any other way! Have a FANTASTIC Friday and weekend! And we will see you same time next week on the dance floor

08.01.2022 Dear beloved Salsa students, It is with great sadness that we are writing this post to you today. Michael and I have put in a lot of serious thought about steps moving forward and how we can continue our Salsa classes into the future, but sadly, at this point in time we will need to be closing the doors to our Salsa classes and discontinue classes at the end of this current term. As some of you already know, as announced after class last Thursday, I (Melanie) was fortunate to... receive a job offer in an entirely different health field, but despite this being an incredible opportunity for me career-wise, it breaks my heart as it unfortunately means I can no longer teach classes throughout the week as it is an unpredictable role in terms of working hours. Michael will also be starting a new career in 2020 as an area manager and will be hanging up his dance shoes after nearly 20 years of Salsa dancing. Our farewell plan for 2019 before Michael heads off to compete in the Australian championships in Brisbane early December and I leave for the world championships at the start of December, sadly, we will not be able to run a full term. Instead, we will run 2 casual class weeks (level 2 and 3 only) and have a final farewell party week. $10 per class class. Cash payment on the day. Dates: Thu Nov 7: End of current term. Thu Nov 14: Casual class week Level 2: 6:30pm Level 3: 7:30pm Thu Nov 21: Casual class week Level 2: 6:30pm Level 3: 7:30pm Thu Nov 28: FAREWELL GATHERING Starts: 6:30pm (fun class) We would like to extend a ginormous thank you to all of our students, past and present, for an incredible journey and for making this experience for Michael and myself one that we will never forget. Over the past couple of years we grew from a salsa class of 5 students to a giant salsa family!!! It saddens us to have to leave and close our doors to the dance floor but we are taking away friendships and memories that will last with us forever. Thank you for all your love and support over the past 2 years. It has been an absolute pleasure being a part of your salsa journey and we hope you all continue your dance journey and we see you on the social dance floor soon. Thank you.
