25.01.2022 Dear Carers, I am a 27 year old registered nurse, recently moved to Brisbane from NSW - Located in Indooroopilly (happy to travel). Ive worked with children ranging in age from preemie to teenagers in both the UK and Australia in varying capacities. Majority of my work nannying and babysitting has been with children from birth to age 5 and as such have a thorough knowledge of feeding, weaning, sleep cycles, toilet training and general care.... Completely flexible in approach and understand that every family operates in a way that works for them. Very happy to organise child friendly day trips or activities including baking, craft, attending playgroups, the zoo etc. - Have all relevant documentation; WWCC (Blue Card), First Aid, Asthma/Anaphylaxis training, CPR, Mental Health First Aid, full vaccination record, unrestricted AHPRA registration, full clean drivers license with own car, annual theme park pass and a national police check. In general my rate is $25 per hour however this may vary based on needs, length of booking, amount of children and distance travelled. Would be happy to give a quote! (Can be available for weddings and functions) Very happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to casual babysitting and I look forward to hearing from you! (0449550976) Experience areas: - Newborns (including preemie) having worked in a special care nursery - Multiples - Twins/Triplets - Special Needs (Autism Spectrum Disorder/Developmental delay) - Special Needs (PEG/NG feeding, Medication Administration) - Care and administration of expressed breast milk - Weaning - Toilet training - Sleep assistance - Large groups of children (Having run a kids club in the snow for many years) - Proxy parenting (taking over from parents for days/weeks whilst they travel) - Asolescent mental health - Strong swimmer - University Casual Academic/Tutoring experience - Violin Teaching

01.01.2022 An infants airway needs to be kept straight (like a McDonalds straw) in order for them to be able to get air in and out. This is why we have them sleep flat on their back without pillows.
