I love this. I’ve worked really hard over the years to get women to embrace getting strong, but a lot of them still fear lifting weights because they worry they’ll get bulky. I truly believe that strength training is life-changing for women because I’ve seen it over and over again: both in terms of the positive effects it has on their body, but more importantly, how it helps confidence, relationship with food, etc. I hope this video gets women excited to be strong. I’d appreciate if you’d share this to help spread the word. These women are all strong badasses. See more

It’s given me huge opportunities to travel around Australia and forge amazing relationships with people and different communities. The most meaningful part of it all is that I have had the opportunity to try and create positive change. I never take presenting/playing football with the Tiwi bombers for granted. We as non-indigenous people will never be able to under...stand the pressures from their community and families. Talking concussion, mental health and nutrition with these boys is something close to my heart that effected me personally. If I can help one of the boys in their journey to make a positive change on their own or their families life, I’d be forever proud of our program and foundation Inbetween The Ears. Really impressive single leg strength from the big fellar here. This is the last of the 3 sets on each leg with 22.5kg dumbbells in each hand. . Give these a go if you want a challenge.

Super proud of this group, they are all incredibly consistent, especially over the winter months when we are running in the cold, dark mornings. We set out a goal 3 months ago to get everyone around the 9ishkm course, makes my job so enjoyable to see people achieve their goals.

A couple things to remember when doing the hip thruster: have the middle of your shoulder blades against the box/bench ... push through your heals and get your hips to the ceiling - if you feel the weight through your toes try sending your feet further away from your head legs should be 90degrees to your body or a ‘L’ shape make a double chin - tuck your chin slightly, this’ll have your body in a straight line and create a table top shape at the top of the movement finish off by squeezing your bum at the top!!
