21.01.2022 This weekend we play for the Vietnam Veterans Cup - it is contested between Souths and Norths at both home and away games. In honour of the service and sacrifice of players from both clubs who served during the Vietnam War. The Vietnam War spanned two decades from 1962 1975. Almost 60,000 Australians served during the Vietnam War with more than 500 losing their lives in the conflict. We acknowledge and honour the Vietnam veterans who have lost their lives in the years since they returned and those who still carry the physical and emotional scars of their service and the families who have supported them.

14.01.2022 The Souths Rugby Union Club in Yeronga have welcomed news that they’ll be allowed more customers at the bar from 1am on Thursday, October 1. Outdoor dining, bee...r gardens, theme parks and zoos can increase the number of patrons and more people will be allowed at outdoor events and stadiums. This is only possible because Queenslanders have worked hard to stop the spread of the virus. As restrictions ease, we’re encouraging Queenslanders to get out and support local businesses and jobs. #covid19au
