20.01.2022 Shout out to these three young ladies who among their CrossFit Journey have become so good at Olympic Weightlifting they've scored themselves an invite to The Premier Cup 2016! The event is held this Sunday, the girls will lift at 11:00am in Rockingham at Olympifit. 13.01.2022 Had such a great night with our Oly Crew last night Congrats to @Mosiahbrown and @gordorobo on successfully completing your first #Weightlifting #competition. You guys had such a vibrant positive attitude, loved it and Jrob it was so nice to have a Busso athlete join the weightlifting comp Crew, well done for putting yourself outside your comfort zone. Well done to the veterans who've done it all before but still continue to hit PBs and overcome the challenges that competition brings Very proud of you guys I am so proud of all of our competition athletes for wanting to do this for themselves, I didn't push for any of you to compete last night and you were all there because you wanted to be. 12.01.2022 I just witnessed our 13yr old Mosiah max out her Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Split Jerk at 45kg. Mosiah @mosiahbrown started Weightlifting Kids with us wh...en she was 12, we did one class a week, a lot of work with wooden dowels and rarely moved more than a bar. It goes to show what getting the basics right can do for you as an athlete. She is incredible and will win many medals in her weightlifting career if she continues the way she is!
