19.01.2022 Its the eve of Lunar New Year today. On this day, family members, and friends come together to feast and deck the hall with auspicious decorative ornaments. Personally I like food a lot. So as a treat for you here is a recipe for a dish I will be preparing tonight: Steamed black bean pork ribs 500g Pork ribs (cut to bite size) ... 3 cloves of garlic - minced 1/2 tbsp dried black bean - rinsed 1 thumbsize fresh ginger - grated 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sesame oil Combined all ingredients and marinade minimum two hours. Transfer to heat proof dish and steam for 40 mins. Garnish with chopped spring onions and fresh chillies. Enjoy !! Vegetarian option - replaced meat with plain tempeh

19.01.2022 Summer heat can be exhausting and dehydrating. Simple remedy herbal tea to relief summer heat. A handful of dried Chrysanthemum flower, 1 Lo Han Guo (Monk Fruit) crushed and 2L of water. Bring to boil then simmer for 40 mins. Drink 4-5 glasses as you would with normal water.
