15.01.2022 There is an important event coming up in February that I woukd like to raise awareness for women in Australia and worldwide. February is Ovarian Cancer Awarenes...s Month. Ovarian cancer is the silent killer among women. Its symptons are so minor they could be mistaken for a multitude of other things, and or even overlooked until it has reached advanced stages. Once diagnosed, the survival rate is based on 5 years. However, if ovarian cancer is found and treated before it spreads outside the ovaries, the five-year survival rate is 92%. Less than one quarter, 15%, of all ovarian cancers are found at an early stage labelling ovarian cancer as a silent killer among women, worldwide. Learn the symptons. Raise awareness. This disease affects us all. We are women, with daughters, sisters, mothers and friends. Get involved. Not just for February, for always. What you do today will help others tomorrow. 07.01.2022 Well.... So much has happened in the last year for me. Ive travelled, fallen in love, fallen out of love, made friends, lost friends, discovered new things, forgotten heaps, but the biggest change is all, is deciding what to do with my life. Sadly for South Yarra, I have decided to wind up the studio, but for some, its a bonus! Last year, I traveled around half the world, walking through many doors that have given me opportunity to share my expertise all over Australia, an...d internationally. I will continue life coaching and mentoring fitness and catwalk models, helping them achieve their dreams. The studio will close at the end of February, and those interested in my equipment, please visit my ebay store. Everybody else, stay tuned.. My latest exciting project is only weeks away from launching... Im not done yet Huge thank-yous to everybody that has made the last 10 years, as a personal trainer, such a rewarding job!
