20.01.2022 Yarras, your Club President, Oliver Khoury We asked him some quick questions on day one in the job.. Years with club: joined January 2014... On field highlight: I hit the post in an elimination final the Reserves eventually lost by 7 points. Off field highlight: Zac Maher doing the Nutbush at the Den Favourite event: The Golden Jubilee in 2017. It was great to see players old and new there to celebrate the club's 50th anniversary. AFL team: West Coast Eagles (boo hiss) What I would like to bring to the President's role: I have big shoes - and two pairs of them! - to fill. I'd like to ensure the Yarras keep the welcoming culture that has meant so much to me over the years. What am I excited about for next season? I think there will be great energy about all the various competitions Yarras compete in. Absence makes the heart grow fonder and I know that I can't wait to get back on the track. On a more general note, thank you everyone for the warm welcome, I’m really looking forward to seeing all those smiling faces over the weeks and months ahead. Up the Yarras! #thehuntcontinues
